The short version

Your study data lives on your device. We use privacy-respecting analytics and crash reporting to make Lil'Card better — but we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you for advertising. That's the whole vibe. 🐰

What we store, and where

• Guest mode (the default): your learning progress, review schedule, settings, streaks, and sticker collection are stored on your device. Deleting the app (or using the in-app reset) deletes them.
• Optional account (only if you sign in): we store your email address and a synced copy of your learning data (progress, deck shelf, profile nickname/country) on our servers, solely so you can restore it across devices.
• Anonymous usage analytics:to understand what's working, we log non-identifying product events (e.g. "a study session was completed") tied to a random device ID — never your name. Alongside them we record basic technical info: platform, OS version, app version, and language.
• How you found us: on Android, we read the Play Store install referrer once to see which link or campaign brought you in (marketing attribution). It contains no personal data.
• Crash reports: if the app crashes, we collect diagnostic info (what went wrong, basic device state) so we can fix it.
• Newsletter & launch emails (only if you ask for them): if you enter your email on our site, we store that address to send you the material you asked for and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email, which removes you from the list.
• If you buy a membership: checkout is handled by our payment provider, which is the seller of record. We receive your order and license-key status (and the email you used) so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never see or store your card details.

Who helps us process this

We use a few trusted service providers, acting on our behalf under their own security terms:

• Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting (usage events + crash diagnostics).
• Supabase — optional account sync and our own product-events store.
• Resend — sending the emails you signed up for (stores your address to deliver them).
• Polar — checkout and membership licensing, acting as merchant of record.

Data is encrypted in transit. We don't sell it or hand it to anyone for their own purposes.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
• Show third-party advertising, or use advertising IDs.
• Track you across other apps or websites.
• Collect your location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio. Pronunciation audio is generated on your device.

Deleting your data

• Guest data: use the in-app reset, or simply uninstall the app.
• Account & synced data: email us at hello@goondori.comfrom your account email and we'll delete your account and all synced data within 30 days.
• Analytics: our product analytics are tied to a random device ID, not your identity. Email us to request deletion of data associated with your device.

Children

Lil'Card is for users aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

무엇을, 어디에 저장하나요

• 익명 사용 통계: 무엇이 잘 되는지 파악하려고, 개인을 식별하지 않는 이벤트(예: 학습 세션 완료)를 무작위 기기 ID에 연결해 기록해요 — 이름은 절대 아니에요. 함께 기본 기술 정보 (플랫폼·OS 버전·앱 버전·언어)를 남겨요.
• 유입 경로: 안드로이드에서는 Play 스토어 install referrer를 1회 읽어 어떤 링크·캠페인으로 들어왔는지(마케팅 어트리뷰션) 파악해요. 개인정보는 없어요.
• 오류 리포트: 앱이 튕기면 원인·기본 기기 상태 같은 진단 정보를 모아 고쳐요.
• 뉴스레터·런치 메일(직접 신청한 경우만): 사이트에서 이메일을 남기면, 요청한 자료를 보내고 가끔 제품 소식을 전하려고 그 주소를 저장해요. 모든 메일에서 수신거부할 수 있고, 거부하면 목록에서 지워져요.
• 멤버십을 구매한 경우: 결제는 판매자(MoR) 역할을 하는 결제 대행사가 처리해요. 우리는 전달과 지원을 위해 주문·라이선스 키 상태(및 사용한 이메일)를 받아요. 카드 정보는 보지도, 저장하지도 않아요.

처리를 돕는 곳

우리를 대신해, 각자의 보안 약관에 따라 처리하는 신뢰할 수 있는 제공업체를 써요:

• Supabase — 선택 계정 동기화 및 자체 제품 이벤트 저장

데이터는 전송 중 암호화돼요. 팔거나 제3자의 목적을 위해 넘기지 않아요.

절대 하지 않는 것

• 개인정보 판매·대여
• 제3자 광고 및 광고 ID 사용
• 다른 앱·웹사이트에서의 활동 추적
• 위치·연락처·사진·마이크 수집 (발음 음성은 기기에서 생성돼요)

데이터 삭제

• 게스트 데이터: 앱 내 초기화 또는 앱 삭제로 지워져요.
• 계정·동기화 데이터: 계정 이메일로 hello@goondori.com 에 요청하시면 30일 이내에 계정과 모든 동기화 데이터를 삭제해요.
• 통계 데이터: 제품 통계는 무작위 기기 ID에 연결되며 신원과 무관해요. 기기 관련 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 메일로 요청하세요.

아동 · 문의

Lil'Card는 만 13세 이상을 위한 서비스이며, 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않아요. 정책이 의미 있게 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신해요. 문의: hello@goondori.com
